My prediction in Japan

40% of Japanese will not get married in their life.
Now, lifetime unmarried rate of man in Japan is 23.4%. And that of female is 14.1%. Before the half century, most Japanese had experienced marrying. So it is clear that the rate is getting higher. This change is bad for our society because it worsens aging population and lower birthrate, which cause various problems in my country. 


By 2080, the population in Japan will be less than half of what it is now.
One of the heavy problem in Japan is the low of birth rate. If this situation continues for a while, population decline will be so a serious issue. For example, social security system won't stop working. Moreover, some traditional products and events may be disappeared in local areas.
By 2040, unoccupied house rate will rise to 30%.
The main cause of increasing unoccupied houses is related to the number of elderly people. When they move to nursing home or the other house which their children live, unoccupied houses will be appeared. It will become difficult to maintain urban functions. And living environment will be getting worse.


That' why I think various problems in Japan in the future is affected by aging population and lower birthrate.

    Wow, interesting predictions! Are steps being taken at present to encourage people to marry and have children? What steps would you like to see taken to try to reverse Japan's falling birth rate? David :-)

      Probably, The government don't make any plans to do it because they're suffered from thinking of high rate of elderly people. But I want them to prepare the environment that parents can grow their children in our society safely and cheaply.

    Second prediction is really interesting. Some traditional products and events may be disappeared because of a lack of successors and people having the interest.

      Yes, that's true. I think Japanese need to learn and take care of the traditional products and events more seriously.

    I also thought about the population would be much more less than now, but I never thought it is related to the number of unoccupied houses in urban cities. I also think women are not getting married, because they prioritize work than marriage.

      Your idea which is related to their marriage is so interesting. Recently, many people haven't get married because of the gender equality.

The best way to reduce crime

 I think the best way to reduce crime in the community is maintaining the public order. I am going to show three points to approach the problem. First, the police should strengthen the control more strictly. If the police can see the deep town or everywhere in cities, people don't tend to commit some crimes. And I think it's good idea to give them more heavy punishment. We can also rely on the development of technology. For example, we can set security camera or something in the place where crimes are often done. Second, I think we can reduce crime by education. Teachers can tell children how crime makes their life bad and how crime is not forgiven. Not only teachers but also parents can teach them to their children at home.  The last one is that the city office supports unstable people. A Turning Point

   My turning point was when I chose my high school at 15 age. When all students decided which school to take, I had not decided that yet. This was because I had two options then.   The first one was to go to the high school all my friends were supposed to go, which was not a preparatory school. The second one was to go to a preparatory school in the next city. My teacher and parents told me to choose the second option. However, I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t want to say goodbye to my friends. lol   I was understanding it was my selfishness, so I decided to take the second option. It was hard choice for me because it was needed my tough study to pass the entrance exam. And I don’t regret this decision. Luckily, I could pass the exam and make new friends there. Moreover, I was able to study very hard , influenced by friends around me. That’s why I can take this online classes now! If I had chosen the first option, I would not have been interested in English and study abroad.
